Default new runner build

i have never tested it because i just got back from a trip but i made this during the car ride:

Enduring harmony=this is a shout based runner and should help alot
"Charge"
"I'm Unstoppable"/ maybe balanced stance
Signet of Stamina
Sprint
"Fall Back"
Endure pain/healing signet/feel no pain
Healing signet/feel no pain/Endure pain

simple your primary running tactic is "charge" with enduring harmony or sprint depending on if you are in safe enough place to use a 1 second casting time thing. when near knock down "i'm unstoppable" will keep you safe. the healing stuff is used as needed. now this is the break though part, when you are about to be snared, use enduring harmony and wait til you have 20 energy, right before enduring harmony ends cast fall back, charge, and then sprint. you have 91% running now i know run skills don't stack beyond 33% but the snare counters that the non stack and you run on with a -90 or less snare on you.

share you comments please

Not really different from whats been going around (afaik anyway). EH is only going to last 10 seconds, do you think thats enough time to get from your safe spot to where you need to use shouts? Also, instead of taking a crapload of healing/speed skills to counter hexes, you might want to look into actually removing them.

Btw, you'll want to fix up that paragraph, it's hard to read.

removing hexes/conditions > outstacking them

for the same reason people bring [[dismiss condition] instead of [[healing breeze] (after all, you could just outregen the degen if you wanted).

And on a sidenote : dervishes are better suited runners nowadays.

No they aren't they are just the same or it depends on the runner and I know a runner who can beat most Dervs. To the OP I would test this before posting any type of running build and do it 5 times to see how sucsessfull(sp) it is.

well idk how well this works as ive never used it, but im sure shadow form runners would currently be better runners in most situations.
instead of outrunning snares, you simply dont get snared. or hit with attacks/spells for that matter.
not getting hit by hexes/conditions>removing hexes/conditions>outstacking them

That all depends can you raise your HPs to over a 1000hp I can with Survivors,Vigor Rune,HP Mods,Signet of Stamina and Endure Pain all add up to well over 1000 hp.When shadow runs out you won't have that.

When all your temp HP drops you'll be just as dead what's your point?

There's a reason VoS and SF are considered the running skills - consider VoS mebbe?

I guess this will put the Warrior out of the running business then even though they were King a year and half ago.

Any profession can run. Simple as.

Dervs and 'Sins have an advantage due to VoS (Derv) and SF ('Sin) though.

I know a guildie who uses SF in the UW although I wish it would of stayed nerfed.I know any prof can run but who is going to get ran by who it depends on how long it takes to get there. That is far to much competition for Warriors.

Competition? This isn't the olympics.

As long as it gets the job done who gives a flying shit?

Those want to get to Droks as fast as they can so they can get to Granite Citidal and Marhans Grotto. That is where they are headed not for the armour in Droks but for the sets of 15k there or to go and cap a few skills eg SS/SoJ.

It is all about competition when you have 10 to 13 runner adverstising in Beacons American D1 who are you going to go with unless Warriors cut their rates down to 50% or 75% translating into 1K or 500 g a run.I don't do Droks becuase of this to much competion instead I offer Desert tours out of Augary Rock.

I still need to work on mastering The Droks run for one thing.
